We provide document resource services such as Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) planning, system setting, document protection, archiving and closeout. We carefully consider each project’s requirements as every project is unique and requires a tailored approach.

The History
Founded in 2021 by Winnie Ho and Shealy Chen, WENHO is a subsidiary of ABORD Co., Ltd., a leading library and document management company established in Taiwan in 1993. Our mission is to provide high quality and professional file management services that not only enhance our clients’ file management team but also prioritise protection and professionalism for those working in file management.
WENHO has extended its file information management services to encompass large-scale project management by leveraging the expertise of its parent company, ABORD Co., Ltd. Drawing on years of experience in system development, book cataloguing, file management project and manpower dispatch and practice, WENHO has developed a range of customised database management and cataloguing systems that optimise efficiency and improve file management practices.
